This book is not “free content.” It is an act of voluntary civic participation grounded in informed consent. Africans are invited to read first, then decide—freely—whether to contribute, how much to contribute, and when to contribute. There is no pressure and no obligation.

This model reflects a deliberate institutional choice. Authority flows from conviction, not coercion. Civic contribution is not consumption. Dignity precedes money. Participation has meaning only when it is chosen.

3) Printed Distribution Mechanisms

A) Pay-What-You-Decide Copies: No reader is denied solely because they cannot pay.
